A Zoho Desk connection can focus on the gap between a ticket and the work needed to resolve it. Define department, customer and status mappings around your support process.

Start by reviewing department scope, ticket fields, contact identities, resolution workflow. These are scoping topics; the final data flow depends on your account access and the receiving system.
