An online order should not become another job to type into your accounts. Plan a flow from Shopify sales to your accounting and fulfilment systems, with product and variant identities kept intact.

Start by reviewing product and variant ids, orders and line items, stock locations, refund and fulfilment references. These are scoping topics; the final data flow depends on your account access and the receiving system.
