LESS REPETITIVE WORK
Use one workflow for routine product updates, inventory checks and supported customer or order changes. Choose the relevant data area and export only the records and fields you need.
CSV is useful for a focused update. Multi-tab Excel keeps supported data areas in one workbook. Keep identifiers intact so an update is matched to the intended record.
Uploading a file is the start of the review. Validate it, inspect the preview and resolve errors before confirming an import. After the job finishes, review its results instead of assuming every row succeeded.
Saved backups can restore supported changes. This is not a complete Shopify store, theme or media backup, and every operation is not reversible.
A SIMPLE WORKFLOW
Select a supported data area and the records and fields you want to export. Save an unchanged copy of the export.
Keep record identifiers and column names intact. Start with a few rows so you can check the result in Shopify.
Upload CSV or Excel, validate the file and review the proposed changes. Correct unexpected values before confirming.
Open job history, download results and check the affected records. Review any available backup before attempting a supported restore.
Basic starts at US$19.99 per month, with a 7-day free trial and a 5,000-record limit per job. The trial allows 10 records per data area. Larger plans support larger jobs. The Shopify App Store listing shows the current plans, prices and free-trial conditions. Review the plan in Shopify before approving a subscription.
Data availability depends on Shopify permissions, the selected data area and the operation. A supported export does not mean every field can be imported or restored.

Read the guide →No. Validate and preview the import, then confirm the changes you want to run. Review the results after completion.
No. Saved backups support recovery for supported data updates. Keep separate arrangements for your theme, files and any data or operation that is not covered.
