Hosted applications
Hosted application access is provided online after successful account setup and payment or trial activation. Any provider connection or marketplace approval required for a feature is shown separately.
Digital downloads
Purchased digital products are made available electronically after successful payment. No physical item is shipped. Customers should save a permitted copy and contact us if the supplied link or file does not work.
Delays
Payment review, account verification or a third-party provider outage can delay access. We will explain any known requirement and provide support through the Contact page.
