We collect account and contact details, billing references, support messages, application settings and the technical records needed to keep the service secure and reliable. Connected-provider credentials are encrypted and access is limited to the functions a customer authorises.
How information is used
Information is used to provide purchased applications, operate customer accounts, process payments through approved payment providers, answer enquiries, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Sharing and retention
Information is shared only with service providers needed to deliver the service, such as hosting and payment providers, or when required by law. Records are retained only for the service, security, accounting and legal periods that apply.
