Subscriptions

A customer may cancel a subscription through the available billing controls. Cancellation stops future renewal and access continues until the end of the paid billing period unless the checkout terms state otherwise.

Digital downloads

Because a digital download is supplied immediately, cancellation rights may be affected once download or supply begins with the customer's agreement. If a file is faulty, materially different from its description or cannot be accessed, contact us so we can repair, replace or assess a refund.

Use the Contact page with the order email, product name and a description of the problem. Statutory consumer rights are not excluded.
