Customer-facing updates to Store Data Manager.
Clearer recovery records and more reliable exports
- Backups and job records now show the correct data-area names, including previously saved recovery records.
- Exports handle larger product and variant selections more reliably.
- Temporary Shopify read failures are retried, and export errors identify the affected data area.
- Unchanged inventory and location values are handled more consistently when a file is imported again.
- File Source URL and collection Image URL are treated as reference-only fields, helping avoid changes that cannot be restored from a saved URL.
Available workflows
Export selected fields from 19 data areas as CSV or a multi-tab Excel workbook. Preview supported imports before confirming them, review results in Job history, and restore supported updates from saved pre-change backups. Reporting remains export-only.
